Who we are

What we collect

When you register your interest we keep what you type into the form: your name, email address and/or mobile number, what kind of landholder you are, and which launch offer you prefer, with the date you registered.

Why, and on what basis

Only to tell you when Scribblelark opens and to honour your launch offer. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

Only us. It is stored by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, on our behalf. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, including partner suppliers.

How long we keep it

Until launch and for twelve months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
